Safety is the first and foremost prominent factor to be considered. If one is not safe then none of the work can be completed efficiently. OOPS! Did I say completed? The work can't be started either and if the work is not started then how can it be completed, isn't it? To start and finish it to the execution level, one needs to have sound health in a sound body.

From where does one get sound health? By having good quality food, by doing exercise or any other measures are taken. They are there to save your life, not to take it.

My friend and I had different perception for safety measures in a person's life. I had a belief that, one must follow rules and regulations while driving on the road but he used to say that these are just fake safety instructions and are not necessary to pay attention for.

But, one day when he was about to fall in the trap of death as he was not following road safety products; this very thing water filled barriers saved his life. From that day on, he has started saying, one must follow the rules, regulations and all the safety measures placed for one's safety.
